How long will it take to receive my order?	We make every effort to ship on-line orders as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the same day, or following business day. Special order items lead time will vary - please inquire. Standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service. For delivery time frame please see Shipping Information
Catalog Requests	We do not offer a printed catalog - The on-line catalog is more comprehensive, and much more dynamic than the old printed media we have had in the past, however we have a limited amount of manufacturer brochures on selected items - please inquire. Samples?	We can no longer send free samples due to the volume of requests. If you need to order 1 item - we can accept orders for both small and large quantities.

Sales tax Exemptions?	At this time we only collect Texas state sales tax. If you are claiming exeption please fax or email us the proper form - located here -> Exemption forms
Do you accept International Orders?	We accept international orders for export. If you are paying by credit card we will need to verify your credit card information on the first order. Please review the following information: International Credit Card Orders. On larger orders we accept International bank wire transfer payments - please inquire for further details.
Can you supply a lock for my file cabinet?	Maybe... There are many different types of locks that fit file Cabinets. The lock type vary from standard vertical files, to lateral files, and custom files, and will vary by manufacturer. If you know who manufactured the file cabinet it might help in determining the lock type. File cabinet manufacturers typically do not make the locks, they are supplied by a company that specializes in manufacturing utility locks. We stock some lock kits for Hon, Anderson Hickey, Global and others here: Click Here. If you need a replacement push-in style key cylinder only, then you will need to measure your lock dimensions. We stock replacement cylinder by several lock manufacturers. Please Click Here and select ESP, Chicago, or National Lock Cylinders for dimensions, and keying options. If your file cabinet has a oval metal knock-out plug - it does not ensure the cabinet has the internal locking rod hardware to work with a lock kit. We are not able to reference Manufacturer model numbers to suggest which lock model you need. If you have other cabinets in the office, you might compare the lock in your existing cabinets with the parts we show in the individual lock kits. The best way to determine lock type, would be to examine an identical cabinet with a working lock (if you have this option). What is the difference between locks 2194 KD, and 2194 KA?	There is no physical difference. The locks are the same dimensions and are exact replacements for each other. The only difference is how the locks are keyed, and usually only applies if ordering multiple locks. If you have 4 file cabinets and would like them all to use the same key then you would need to order the KA (Keyed Alike) part. If you would like all 4 file cabinets to use differenct keys then your would need to order the KD (Keyed Different) part. If you only need 1 lock you can order the KA or the KD part - both will work for your application. If you think you might need another lock later, keyed alike, make sure you order the KA part now. The above information applies to many different locks found on the website, not just the 2194 series parts - the 2194 series parts are simply used as an example.
